What is your sample policy? A: We can supply the sample if we have ready items in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost. Q7. A: It could be shipped by sea, by railway, by air or by express(EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX and ect.). Please contact with us for detailed warranty terms. Q12: What's the MOQ for each order? If there are any quality problems during the trans process, how do we handle this? A: We do wholesale and retail business, MOQ is 1pc to start, but the more you buy, the more discount you will get for sure. You just need to take a photo/video of the items and then send it to us for review. We will provide you with a free replacement. You do not need to pay any replacement fee.
