A: Generally, we pack our goods inner iron frame+outer carton box. If you have legally registered patent,
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

A: Yes, we can customize products according to client's requirements. If you have designs already, can send to us. We also have professional design team, can help you to do the design work.

A: We can supply the sample if we have ready items in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and
the courier cost.

A: Yes, definitely you can do mixed orders with different models and different products. Generally, most of our products dispalyed on our site are ready stocked units, but some needs time to produce.

A: It could be shipped by sea, by railway, by air or by express(EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX and ect.). We will confirm with you before order placing, you can also tell us the shipping method you prefer.
Q11: What's your warranty terms?
A: We offer different warranty time for different products. Please contact with us for detailed warranty terms.
Q12: What's the MOQ for each order? If there are any quality problems during the trans process, how do we handle this?
A: We do wholesale and retail business, MOQ is 1pc to start, but the more you buy, the more discount you will get for sure. You just need to take a photo/video of the items and then send it to us for review. We will provide you with a free replacement. You do not need to pay any replacement fee.
